What to do if you have more than one attacker

Contrary to what you may have seen in the movies, in a two-to-one situation, the odds are overwhelmingly against the attacked, and even experienced fighters will lose the fight. However, if you find yourself in this predicament, the following procedures can assist your escape while minimizing injuries.

You must be strategic about your attack. If they are at either side of you, try as much as possible to keep both of them within your field of view. Ensure your eyes does not leave both attackers.

Ensure you do not allow the attackers to back you to a corner, even if they do, change your direction so you can have a proper view of both attackers. One of the attackers might grab your neck while the other one has your hand in a firm grip.

Note that you don’t have to initiate a kick or punch, you can use your shoulder to knock off the hand holding you, then swiftly move back a little to displace the attacker’s weight.
This action would make it easy for you to shove him or her off then give him or her a punch and immediately unleash mayhem on the other attacker holding your hand. Make all moves swiftly to avoid counter attack.
