First things to do
Self-defense training teaches various techniques to defend yourself and others. However, having applied the self defense techniques you will learn in this module, it is important to make as much noise as possible while you’re defending yourself. Scream at your assailant to draw attention to your location, so passersby can help out.
Ensure you run away. Don’t put yourself in more danger. If you manage to injure your assailant, use the opportunity to get back to safety.
What to do if an attacker throws you down
Use your left leg to hold his right ankle and then use your right leg to push down his right knee very forcefully so the attacker can feel the impact.
